Andrea Delgado is a nationally recognized policy and communications strategist who helps leaders and organizations navigate complexity and turn vision into impact. With nearly two decades of experience advising the White House, Cabinet and Subcabinet officials, and senior executives across unions, NGOs, and grassroots organizations, she has led cross-sector and bilingual (Spanish & English) initiatives advancing environmental health and justice, wildfire resilience, and expanding access to billions in climate and conservation investments.

As a member of Prospect Partners—and as Founder of Hawk Eye Strategies—Andrea brings a rare ability to bridge sectors and align diverse partners around shared purpose. Her work has driven historic workforce reforms for farmworkers and wildland firefighters, advanced Tribal co-stewardship of National Forests and Grasslands, and built enduring partnerships that translate strategy into community-centered results. To support Incident Management Teams (IMTs) during wildland fire incidents, Andrea maintains fire qualifications, further grounding her policy leadership in on-the-ground operational experience.
