With nearly two decades of experience advising the White House, Cabinet and Subcabinet officials, and senior executives across unions, NGOs, and grassroots organizations, she has led cross-sector and bilingual (Spanish & English) initiatives advancing environmental health and justice, wildfire resilience, and expanding access to billions in climate and conservation investments.
As a member of Prospect Partners—and as Founder of Hawk Eye Strategies—Andrea brings a rare ability to bridge sectors and align diverse partners around shared purpose. Her work has driven historic workforce reforms for farmworkers and wildland firefighters, advanced Tribal co-stewardship of National Forests and Grasslands, and built enduring partnerships that translate strategy into community-centered results. To support Incident Management Teams (IMTs) during wildland fire incidents, Andrea maintains fire qualifications, further grounding her policy leadership in on-the-ground operational experience.
